Abstract
Time has become the most valuable resource, and people are looking for ways to save time due to their fast-paced lifestyles. People require interaction to fulfill their social needs, and with the emergence of digital and mobile technologies, social media has become an ideal medium for communication. Individuals, groups, and organizations can benefit from using information technology to alter their decision-making behavior. Social media and Web 2.0 technologies are two related changes that are emerging.
